BILL
Very few need an introduction to this outstanding
individual. He's proven himself on the trial field, on the farm and as a
sire. At 8 years old, he captured the Reserve National Championship of
1999.
In 1995, he was the Purina Herding Dog of the Year and the ONLY dog to date
that was bred, raised, trained, owned and handled by the same
individual--Kent Kuykendall. Other major accomplishments include winning the
Virginia Triple Crown and the Carolina/Tennessee Triple Crown, 3rd in 1996
National Finals, and 4th in the Purina Award in both 1994 and 1996, and 3rd
in the Working Border Award (formally the Purina Award) for 2000.
You can watch Bill in action on the
Rural Route Video's 1999
USBCHA Finals video tape.
His tremendous talent,
stable temperament, intelligence, exceptional pace and natural feel for the
task at hand have made Bill excel in many areas. His great heart is
demonstrated time after time by going beyond the call of duty both in trials
and on the farm.
Bill's pups show the same outstanding
temperament and talent as their sire and remain in consistent demand. Many
of his offspring are currently excelling in a wide variety of tasks--whether
it be trialing, agility, obedience, farm or goose dog. Pups out of Bill are
only available from us and only on a limited basis.

COON
A powerful and talented athlete that shines on the
trial field and on the farm, Coon has an impressive, consistent record for
wins and high placings in Open trials across the country. His most recent
accomplishments include: Winner of the Working Border Collie Award for 2000,
winner of Ben Ousley's trial, and winner of the Carolina/Tennessee Triple
Crown. He is an asset on the farm for working ewes with lambs, nannies with
kids or cows with calves. He holds his ground without causing a
confrontation which is exceptionally effective on cattle. He's a quick
flanker that comes on to his stock in a direct, steady manner that maintains
authoritative control. Bred from well known,
successful lines, Coon produces consistently talented offspring. His get
show interest in stock at an early age with the same eagerness and
enthusiasm as their sire. Many of his offspring are proving themselves in
practical situations as well as being run successfully by some of the top
handlers in this country on the Open and Nursery trial fields. Coon's eyes
are clear, his hips are rated OFA Good.

ROC
Roc is a sound, well
rounded farm and Open trial dog with an excellent temperament. He has that rare "cool" power that
is so hard to find. He was imported from Canada and trialed by Bobby Ford
last year, scoring some impressive placings
at competitive Open trials. Equally strong and effective on sheep, goats or
cattle, Rock was purchased several months ago by Earl Warrick as a cattle
dog that he could also run in Open sheepdog trials. We were always
impressed with Roc when we saw him at trials and only became more impressed
when we were able to see him do practical farm work on a daily basis.
Roc's eyes are clear
and his hips are OFA good.

CRAIG
Equally as good on sheep and cattle, Craig has
become one of Kent's most reliable partners on the trial field and on the
farm. His temperament, work ethic, and dedication has enabled
him to become a part of the Kuykendall Breeding program. Eyes Clear.
